In a country where more than 90% of jobs are held by the unemployed, the term paper test means one who does not have any job.
This is one of the major reasons why, according to the survey, more than 70% of people surveyed in the country are currently unemployed.
The survey also found that one in five respondents are unemployed for at least six months, with over half of them not finding work even after six months.
According to a survey by the India Institute of Social Sciences, India is the only country in the world where over 50% of its people are unemployed, with the highest percentage of those aged between 25 and 54 years old.
In the next most populated countries, Bangladesh and Nepal, it is just 16.9%.
The survey also revealed that only 2.7% of respondents had a job offer from a company within six months of the survey.
India is a top performer in terms of joblessness among the top 10 countries.
According to the report, India’s unemployment rate was 5.4% in the March quarter of 2019, and is the highest among the 14 countries included in the report.
